Nineteen18 is more than a restaurant name. It pays tribute to the year 1918, when Lithuania declared its independence — a defining moment of courage, creativity, and the freedom to shape our own future.
From this historic date, we draw inspiration to celebrate what Lithuania offers today: its produce, changing seasons, and the endless possibilities of creation.
Every dish reflects our respect for local ingredients and our belief that true luxury lies in simplicity, authenticity, and restraint.

Reservations open every day at 10am for the next three weeks.
If you would like to book a table for more than 8 guests, or if you are interested in learning more about our offerings for private events, please contact us via email. We will get back to you to discuss the details.
If we cannot meet your request via online booking, this probably means that the desired date is fully booked or there are no vacant tables for the desired number of guests. As an alternative, you can add yourself to our waiting list.

THE CHEFS

Vita Bartininkaitė & Justinas Misius

The collaboration between two chefs, founded on a shared philosophy rooted in locality, seasonality, and craftsmanship. Before joining forces, Vita Bartininkaitė was the founder and chef of Michelin-starred restaurant Pas mus, where she developed a cuisine defined by creativity, restraint, and deep respect for ingredients.
While at Sweet Root, a pioneering flagship of local cuisine, Justinas Misius cultivated close relationships with local producers and a profound appreciation for fermentation, preserving traditions, and the rhythms of the seasons.
United by the same values — elegance, simplicity, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional local ingredients — the two create experiences that are thoughtful, contemporary, and deeply connected to place.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not extend the validity period of gift cards.
You can purchase a gift card at “Dirva” shop in “Senatorių pasažas”, located at Dominikonų g. 11 or online.

Physical gift cards can also be delivered via DPD. Orders are packed and shipped once a week.

Yes. We welcome guests aged 14 and above.

We offer a fixed 10-course menu.

No. Drinks are not included in the menu price and are charged separately.

Please contact restaurant and let us know in advance so we can discuss your needs and make the appropriate arrangements if possible.

We can accommodate certain dietary requirements with advance notice. However, we are unable to offer a vegan menu or accommodate guests with multiple allergies.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Please note that we do not accept American Express or cash.
