Vita Bartininkaitė & Justinas Misius

A collaboration between two chefs, founded on a shared philosophy rooted in locality, seasonality, and craftsmanship. Before joining forces, Vita Bartininkaitė was the founder and chef of Michelin-starred restaurant Pas mus, where she developed a cuisine defined by creativity, restraint, and deep respect for ingredients. While at Sweet Root, a pioneering flagship of local cuisine, Justinas Misius cultivated close relationships with local producers and a profound appreciation for fermentation, preserving traditions, and the rhythms of the seasons. United by the same values — elegance, simplicity, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional local ingredients — the two create experiences that are thoughtful, contemporary, and deeply connected to place.

We are happy to accommodate simple dietary requirements. Unfortunately we are unable to cater for multiple or combined allergies and restrictions.
Children aged 14 and above are warmly welcome. We do not offer a children's menu — younger guests follow the same tasting menu as adults.
A service fee of 10% will be applied on top of the bill.
