Vita Bartininkaitė & Justinas Misius
A collaboration between two chefs, Vita Bartininkaitė and Justinas Misius is founded on a shared philosophy rooted in locality, seasonality, and craftsmanship. Before joining forces, Vita Bartininkaitė was the founder and chef of Michelin-starred restaurant Pas mus, where she developed a cuisine defined by creativity, restraint, and deep respect for ingredients. While at Sweet Root, a pioneering restaurant and flagship of local cuisine, Justinas Misius cultivated close relationships with local producers and developed a profound appreciation for fermentation, preserving traditions, and the rhythms of the seasons. United by the same values — elegance, simplicity, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional local ingredients — the two chefs create experiences that are thoughtful, contemporary, and deeply connected to place.
