It pays tribute to the year 1918, when Lithuania declared its independence – a defining moment of courage, creativity, and the freedom to shape our own future. From this historic date, we draw inspiration to celebrate what Lithuania offers today: its produce, changing seasons, and the endless possibilities of creation. Every dish reflects our respect for local ingredients and our belief that true luxury lies in simplicity, authenticity, and restraint.

The dinner format is a tasting menu, constantly changing with the seasons — so every visit brings something new. Drink pairings start at 80 EUR. A coherent personal narrative combining local produce, global influences and the spirit of Vilnius.
